Information you give us — when you submit a form or message us: your name, email, company, phone/WhatsApp number, country, project details, budget and timeline preferences.

Context from our tools — if you use our ROI calculator or project estimator and choose to send the result, that summary is attached to your enquiry.

Attribution data — the page you first landed on, the referring website and campaign parameters (UTM tags). This is stored in your browser and only sent to us if you submit a form.

Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, time of request) used for security and to prevent abuse, such as rate-limiting spam.

We don't use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. We use your browser's local/session storage to remember attribution data and any calculator results you choose to attach. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required by law (for example, tax records).

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and to object to processing. Email hello@meshglade.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your data.
